As eValid users know, the eValid test engine is built based on re-use of DLLs that are supplied with the IE browser. eValid is a separate program for the IE bowser -- it is not a wrapper or a protocol traffic capture system. eValid is a free-standing browser that, because it uses the IE browser components, behaves identically to the IE browser that yo uhave installed on your machine.
There are some websites that don't work very well on older versions of IE, but that's not an issue for eValid because when you upgrade your IE version you also replace/upgrade all of the DLLs that eValid uses. In effect, eValid tracks your IE version 100%.
Bottom line: As long as you have a working IE on your machine, eValid will work just fine.
