Yes, you can run two -- or more -- eValid's at the same time.
eValid, like any browser, is a separate executable program. So multiple instances all are independent of each other.
If you have a script that is recorded in a way that does not make explicit reference to the desktop then for that script you can (a) run eValid fully minimized and/or (b) run 10's or 100's of eValid's all in parallel.
(That's the way eValid does load testing, by the way.)
