Why did you build eValid so it uses such simple input and output files?
Do you think your users can't handle anything more complicated?

The way eValid was designed was to make it as SIMPLE to use as possible. Remember KISS? We try to follow that edict in every way possible!

By using text files, with formats that are all white-space delimited, we accomplished two things: We made eValid easier to understand (all of the information it uses is brought out in simple words), and we made eValid VERY easy to integrate with other kinds of systems.

No, it isn't at all that we think the users are naive...far from it. Instead, we believe our users are sophisticated enough to appreciate the extra advantage that this very simple interface give them.
