There are fields in the license tag that specifies either the machine name, that machine's MAC address, or "RESERVED" formatted as follows:

Machine name: A string
MAC Address: "MAC:" followed by a string of hex characters
RESERVED: "RESRVED"

RESERVED means, in effect, don't require that the current machine name or MAC address match the key.

That is, "OK to run here without checking.""
