Comments in an eValid script file start with a # at the beginning of a line and except for appearing passively in the script window they are ignored entirely by eValid in terms of processing and passing information over to the Event Log.
If you want a message to appear in the event log there is a special command for this. The command "Note <message>" causes the "<message>" to be written into the event log.
So if you want to have ALL of your comments copied into the Event Log you could edit all lines which start with a # to one the starts with Note.
(Sorry for the single and double quotes, but the message after the command Note has to be inside a quoted string.)
