eValid is a technology that is protected by US Patent 7,231,606 and its revisions,
and also has additional patents applied for.
Of course you should go ahead and read the patent yourself, but the main
thing that is protected is the systematic approach of putting a test engine
inside a browser, so that everything the test suite does is both user-oriented
and very realistic.
