While executing the evm file in evmanager,when it starts to execute scripts one error pop-up mesage is coming saying "Failed to create empty document" which prevents the further execution.

If you check you will see that this message has to do with eV.Manager not being able to create a document. Check into file permissions and you'll find that the target file can't be opened by the eV.Manager subsystem, most likely due to a file permissions problem.
