Next, using the eValid browser, use the Help > E-Mail Technical Support pulldown to write your question down. Email from that source goes into a special high-priority queue and those questions are almost always answered in a less than one business day.
And, of course you could search this User Form and/or post your question here. The search -- if it finds and answer -- is nearly immediate. Posted questions are answered as time permits...
