eValid does not alter IE11 in any way.
Think of eValid and IE11 as parallel desktop applications, both of which access the same underlying DLLs that contain the rendering engine.
So what you see on eValid is the same as IE's version of things.
Well, eValid is a Windows based engine...but it has the capability to emulate/imitate ANY other browser by setting a different User Agent String.

If you want your whole session to have an altered user agent string, you can do this by launching eValid from the command line, using the -AGENT option/parameter in your batch file, as described here:
