A DOM index/element number

I noticed in the script you had on the screen for following a URL it appeared to have a DOM index/element number, some context text and a URL. Is it checking for all of the above to exist before using the URL - can one just use a URL or just use some match text?

Those variables are read from the DOM at record time, and they are used to support adaptive playback. If the visible URL and the actual URL differ, eValid advises you of that, and then tries to find an element on the page which HAS the same URL. There are multiple such "adaptive moves" as described here:
