The number of concurrent scripts you can run is limited only by your machine resources. Our experience is that you can easily get 100 browser users (BUs) on a single user account on even a fairly small machine, and with 10 user accounts then you will be able to get 1,000. Then, you replicate that machine -- possibly using inexpensive cloud resosurces -- to get as many 1,000's as you like.
And, yes, you can run any eValid script that is desktop safe in fully minimized mode.
