Can I open more than one eValid playback safety

Use and application of the eValid server loading (LoadTest) capability. And in the cloud computing context for monitoring and loading.

Can I open more than one eValid playback safety

Good morning.

Can one or more eValid playbacks run in parallel safely?

Thanks

Thanks for asking HellenM.

Indeed, they can, and this is the main way eValid is used to generate artificial/synthetic loading on a website.

There are limits on the scripts that can do this.

We call a script "load test safe" if it does NOT use any of the eValid commands that involve use of the desktop.

Here's a description: http://e-valid.com/Products/Documentati ... .safe.html

Technically the limitation is that, in Windows, there is only ONE desktop, and for that to be shared between scripts requires careful checking to make sure one playback doesn't step on another one.

Best to stay with scripts that are LoadTest Safe...
