Your eValid tool can "scrape" an entire website...by just crawling around the pages, right?

How does that work in practice?

Yes, in principle, that's correct.

The "crawling" that eValid does is based on the contents of the current page, as viewed from the perspective of a user who might click on a linked page.

It is not fast, nor is it efficient, nor is it elegant, but it is thorough.
