Website scans involving the use of the built-in website spider are based on the idea of visiting any single web page in the website only once.
This is a practical constraint. If you have a website on which the web page changes every minute (for example), and you automatically restart the scan if the page has changed, then ifyou have more pages on your website that can be scanned in one minute then your scan will NEVER STOP! That's not a useful result.
Yes, the scan is based on the content of the page after it was fully downloaded by eValid the FIRST TIME, and even if it changes after that instant the scan of the website NEVER involves that page again.
