How do I set up a test that logs into a website and then does a site analysis?

There is a special command that provides for this.

First, you make a regular eValid functional-testing recording that does the login and password work, and navigates you to the starting page you want.

Then you edit the &SiteAnalysis command into your script.

At playback time eValid will play through the login process -- leaving the browser "logged in" -- and then will launch into a site analysis scan that starts at the page you've just automatically navigated to.

(The &SiteAnalysis command requires use of an eValid "profile" so some care is advised to make sure that the profile you use has ALL of the right setup details for the site analysis scan.)
