Can an eValid playback send a regular email message with timing results when it is running in monitoring mode?

Yes, eValid can do that.

There are several commands in eValid that send Email, unconditionally, and also there are commands like OnErrorEmail that respond to a playback ERROR by sending an email message to a specified address.

The only requirement is that the monitoring agent machine -- the one from which you are running the eValid playbacks -- have an email capability set up.
