Can we invoke SAP XI server (middleware server) performance counters from Load Runner or not?

Didn't I see this same question posted recently on the Google LoadRunner discussion group?

Just to clarify, please understand that we are eValid and our solution is independent of and not connected with the HP/Mercury LoadRunner load testing solution.

eValid tests ANYTHING that can be seen in a browser so, yes, it can test the SAP XI server directly via the actions taken at the application face and the responses that are delivered there. There are many advantages that accrue to this approach, the main one being that validation of data is very easy and collection of timing/performance data is easy AND very accurate.

And, the data collected is specifically relevant to IE browser behavior, of which eValid is a clone.

(The TruClient technology that HP/Mercury LoadRunner uses is based on executing JavaScript code inside the FireFox browser, and this process is typically quite slow and also uses a LOT of RAM space...so performance data is skewed in an incorrect direction, and validation checkshave to hand coded into the JavaScript).

Please contact sales and licensing for the next steps.
