can one run a monitoring testing without use of the desktop

Afternoon:

My Monitoring teammates would like to ask the following:

Can I run monitor tests without using a desktop?

I mean, I want to run my tests headless.

Can eValid do that?

I can't find anyone who can?

Thanks to you and your team for asking.

Here is a case where eValid's available dual mode of being able to play back a test that involves both web material and desktop material actually gets in the way. Because if you try minimize the browser then it cannot access the desktop objects.

In other words, with eValid as the test engine, you can only run a test that does NOT use the desktop.

Here is how to tell if that's true:
