The IP (Internet Protocol) address that appears to the server when you look at the so-called "server logs" is not something that eValid can adjust.
That IP address ususally is set outside the machine -- for example, if you are using a DSL connection to the web, there will be static or a dynamic IP address that identifies your connection. Those numbers are established by your DSL supplier, not by your machine, and not by eValid.
The only way we know to get a different IP address for your testing is to actually run eValid on a machine that uses a different IP address.
