You're right; something is out of calibration.
Truth is, we have heard this same story from a couple of our faithful eValid customers, and we don't know why this has happened.
So please allow us to us set EVERYONE straight on this.
The annual subscription fee for an eValid Master Station or AJAX Master Station is $699 or $899, respectively.
The annual subscription fee for an eValid Agent Station or AJAX Agent Station is $199 or $399, respectively.
Our fee for constructing an RIA AJAX script has been fixed for some time at $1,495.
If you have multiple Master and/or multiple Agent stations then there usually is some kind of quantity discount.
We in the Finance Department are the final source of correct values, and only when we issue a formal price quote.
So if you encounter what appear to be out-of-line maintenance fees then please use the above values as reference base. Or call us to get the right numbers.
