This feature of some web pages can be quite tricky to test.
The issue often is, to validate a popup auto suggest value to make sure every autosuggest option is correct.
That is a tall order because there could be multiple auto suggest outputs for every single keystroke that you type...and there are many combinations.

This, as pointed out above, can be very difficult to confirm because of the very large number of combinations involved.
