Thanks for posting your question AbrahamS.

Usually in eValid when you save an image you can choose the entire window, or you can choose to save only the parts inside the eValid browser face.

When you get images saved, there is a separate eValid sub-system, eV-ImageDiff, which you can use the construct image masks to make image comparison "smarter".
