Chat Syncs

We have a new script which is doing OK with 5 agents in chat with 5
customers; but in the second iteration it is losing synchronization(wait
based synchronization is not good enough; we obviously need to spend more
time.

Yes, we observed that as a problem in our script development
effort work on Friday. We believed it was a problem with
the application.

Yes, 100% agree: Wait-based syncs are no good. Here is a summary

SyncOnText is pretty good, but the best syncs are when you
involve some DOM property.

Again, how your web application works with respect to repeated
requests made to it is something that we did point out...
we'd be interested to hear the resolution.
