Yes, it is.
Assuming, that is, that the computer CPU is fast enough
(as most of them are) so that its internal processing
and rendering time is a small fraction of the typically
much, much larrger time it takes to transmit the
data over the web.
The point is, that eValid measures time time it takes
the device-to-web connection to respond...
Yes, there is an assumption that there's essentially no
extra time involved in the rendering of what was transmitted.
In our experiments we have never found any contrdictions to
this assumption.
Bottom line, yes, the timings are accrate.
